Three Generations

Three generations! Grizzelda, Lacy, Chantilly

Today we sold the last of this year's kids that will be leaving the farm.  From this season's kids, we kept Cashmere's LaMancha doe and Lacy's little doe.  They are both beautiful does that we hope will give us years of milk in the future. We have registered Lacy's daughter, Grizzelda, as a recorded grade doe since she is an Al-Mancha - Alpine dam and LaMancha sire. I think she will do well in the ring as she has great conformation and is growing faster than any of the other kids. Lacy, Grizzelda's  dam, went Reserve Grand Champion at the ADGA show this spring, while her grand-dam went Grand Champion in both rings! Yes, we own three generations of this line of does. They are beautiful! I am currently looking for an Alpine buck to add to this great line of gals. We are happy with our start into the Alpine goat world!
