Edible Landscape

     This year, instead of growing so many annuals, we decided to use that space for growing food. Here are the cucumbers we planted in a flower bed beside our patio. We also have three tomato plants growing in pots. It will be so nice to go right out the back door and pick cucumbers and tomatoes!  If you would like to grow your own food, go ahead and make a start! Everyone with a patio and any bit of dirt/yard can grow their own chard, spinach, garlic, and herbs. These plants are beautiful as well as edible. With just a little research about edible landscaping, you will be on your way to providing your family with some of the tastiest vegetables ever.
