Squash! by Zoe

     Well, it seems that my hard work and prayers paid off: I have squash! I am so excited. So far I have picked over three pounds of straight neck squash. Not much you say? Well, it isn't a bumper crop but I am still ecstatic. We haven't cooked any yet, but we have eaten it fresh chopped over a salad. It is great!
